Wall Compositions & Perspective

At the intersection of concrete art, design, and architecture, I create two-dimensional wall compositions that provide your spaces with a unique visual, material, and spiritual identity.

My work explores the singularity of raw matter through two pillars: the strength of reclaimed wood (charred or weathered by time) and the memory of textiles (recycled denim or felt). In a spirit of minimalism and resilience, each piece is a quest for authenticity and ecological durability.

Playing with perspective and viewpoints, these trompe-l’œil artworks create the illusion of physical volume to offer a visual depth capable of enlarging a room or dressing your walls. Whether compact for intimate settings or composed of several segments for monumental projects, they redefine interior architecture.

My works hang on the wall like paintings, but they are experienced like sculptures.

Architects and interior designers, please feel free to get in touch for any project inquiries.

Specific Approaches & Resources

  • Dark Matter: Immerse yourself in the world of charred wood (Shou Sugi Ban), where fire becomes a tool for both protection and aesthetic revelation.
  • Optical Illusion: Discover how my trompe-l’œil wall compositions play with light to create architectural depth on flat surfaces.
  • Circular Design: My upcycling approach uses denim jeans and reclaimed wood to give a second life to forgotten materials.
  • Acoustic Innovation: Currently in the development phase, I offer specific works integrating bio-based insulation to combine artistic expression with the acoustic treatment of spaces.

This period was highlighted by the publication of a monograph written by curator Louis Doucet—a former senior corporate executive, educator, philosopher, art critic, and contemporary art collector dedicated to promoting emerging creators.
